Research Interests
My research interest is including studies on natural products and their roles in fighting diseases. In addition to obesity studies and some related disorders like Metabolic Syndrome and Diabetes Meletus. The role of usnic acid (UA) as anti-obesity agent on adipose tissue and the possibility of using nanotechnology for safe preparation of UA formulations acting only on body fat stores in the body. Mitochondria dysfunction and uncoupler of oxidative phosphorylation. Furthermore, my researches are focusing on adipose tissue as a new endocrine organ and Adipose tissue physiology.
